  PODS customer service is absolutely useless. The phone reps can’t handle any situations other than creating or canceling an order. If you have any issues during an order, be asked to be transferred to a warehouse. The warehouse facility reps are way more helpful. I had Kori from Bristol, CT take care of an issue I had that customer service could not. At the end of the day, they deliver an empty box, you fill your stuff, it gets picked up, and delivered to your new place. Overall it made our move easy and I would use them again. If you do use them, hopefully you don’t have to call into customer service for assistance. Good luck.

  Pods said they deliver to our state we were moving to, they stored our items until we got a home, but come time to deliver it was an epic circus. The warehouse didn't deliver to our new home and it costs us more to hire a moving company. Buyer beware.

  KEITH F., was fantastic. It was a very tough driveway to navigate, he took the time to give me packing tips, and showed how door and locks work.
