  I have been waiting FORTY ONE days for my POD to be delivered to my new home. I have been charged over $5,000 dollars to move my POD from NH to VA. STILL NO DELIVERY. FORTY ONE DAYS! DO BETTER PODS.

  I used the PODS moving company for the first time when I moved last month. It was a far better deal than a self storage because they bring it to you. The cost was LESS that a self storage and the POD was big. I had it put in the yard a month before I had to move so I could pack up at my own pace. It could not have worked out better. Definitely a five star rating!

  We've used Pods for two moves, both across the country. We've had no problems with Pods until now with our move here to New Hampshire. We set up our pod move and storage for Nashua explaining to the agent that we were eventually going to purchase a home and set a delivery option at a later time. At no point during this transaction were we told or aware that there was a possibility that Pods would not deliver to a particular home address in New Hampshire. We provided the agent with a tentative delivery address which was near an area that we were searching for homes. Last week we called to schedule delivery to our new home address (which is about 37 miles from the original address) and we were told it could not be delivered to that address. We are now in a situation where we have to rent a truck and pay someone else to move our items from the pod to the truck and then eventually move all of our items from the truck into our new home. Had we known to this in advance, we would never have used pods for this move. We have spent over $5k on this move with Pods across the country to New Hampshire in excess of 2,600 miles only to be told that Pods cannot deliver our container an additional 37 miles. This is incredibly frustrating and we are quite disappointed in Pods. We will now have to incur additional moving costs, additional time, and additional work unloading and reloading and again unloading all of our belongings. After this experience, we cannot recommend to anyone, or ourselves use Pods again. Per pods reply to this review, I contacted them and nothing further could be done on their end.
