  Customer service is trash. It took 5 days of me calling to get my pod delivery scheduled. Finally on the 5th day of calling 4 times I had someone who knew how to do their job. Some members would state my delivery was scheduled when it was not. I had one tell me I wasn’t allowed to speak to tier 2, which is not true. Finally someone transferred me to tier 2 which they were able to resolve the problem. Pods needs to properly train their customer service. I was also charged 200 dollars when I was told I wouldn’t be. Absolute garbage service. The delivery drivers were great. The customer service is terrible. Highly do NOT recommend the use of pods

  Absolute nightmare customer service. They were 5 days late past initial delivery promise with no updates. Multiple agents would confirm delivery when it wasn’t actually in the system. It needed hand written submission by a manager which took 3 extra days and confirmed with the facility it was stored at. Randomly charge my account twice totaling $340+ for zero reason! Then take weeks to return the money! (Still waiting on my $200) If you want your pod delivered it will take literally 30+ calls and hours of hold time to reach somebody who actually knows how to do their job. Drivers are great once they show up. Very professional and courteous, but customer service needs total rehaul! Will never use or recommend them ever! I should have rented a uhaul and a storage unit at least then I’d have my household items when I need them!

  I appreciated the convenience. The local office went above and beyond to help things go smoothly. I hated the online system to try to schedule. It was cumbersome and inaccurate. The call center was very frustrating as well. They didn't know things. I kept having to call back in. BIG waste of my time. Because of the call center I lost a minimum of 5 hours of my life. The local company was helpful and great. Dedicated. Responsive. Apparently they got in "trouble" however for helping me instead of forcing me to deal with the unhelpful call center. If PODS could make local dealing easier and avoid the unhelpful call center I would recommend it more highly. Was convenient for sure when I worked with the local people.
