  I 100% would recommend PODS for an easy cross country move. Every detail was attended to in an easy to understand, timely, manner. Customer service was great. When I had to make changes to my order, it was drama free and relieved stress in the ease in which it was taken care of.

  Terrible experience. Pod arrived days late because they called the wrong number before dropping it off. This caused me to miss work which cost me money. I have been hounding them on the phone ever since and still have not seen any kind of compensation or resolution. Their dispute resolution system should be illegal. They get a "customer advocacy agent" on the case via an internal email that you can't be CC'd on. They were to reach out to me within a couple weeks. It's well over a month.

  I purchased a home and the previous owner attempted to use PODS in Memphis to move their items from the residence. The driver delivered the pod on the asphalt driveway and the previous owner loaded the pod and asked them to move it to the new location. PODS refused to live the pod because the previous owner was told they don’t service the area where the house is located. The previous owner moved his property from the pod and it was left empty on my property for nearly 2 months! The previous owner repeatedly requested the pod be moved, and I contacted PODS as well concerning the POD left on my property. Since I did t have the contract with them, the rude customer service employees refused to talk to me about it. It wasn’t until I sent a certified letter to PODS informing them that I would charge a storage fee for every day the pod was left on my property that they finally removed it. Once it was moved, I noticed the pod damaged my driveway from being left on the asphalt for so long. I took photos and videos of the pod on my property and more once it was finally moved. I contacted PODS about the damage and made a claim, but my claim was denied because I was informed the pod was placed where I told them to place it. Oh, and the previous owner was still being charged on his credit card for months after the pod was removed. I don’t know how a business with such poor practices can survive. I tried to give PODS an opportunity to make this right before I posted this review, but it appears as though I’m stuck with a damaged driveway from a storage unit I did not order and did not give permission to the company owning it to leave on my property for 2 months.
