I am currently in the process of using PODS services for my move. They rescheduled my container delivery at last minute 2 days in a row. Very unreliable service. (My location: Fort Wayne Service Center of PODS) I will update this post as my order is updated. Update: Except initial hiccup of rescheduling at the last minute, the entire process went smooth. After going through the whole process, I definitely recommend PODS for relocation as reliable container storage/moving solution. I will definitely use them again, if needed.

I was going to use U Box, but then they cancelled my box at my local store a week before my move. So I had to find storage solution at the last minute and luckily I found PODS. The entire process was smoothy and every aspect of the customer service was wonderful and helpful to solve any billing questions. Most important, your container is reserved for you and they are not going to cancel or delay your delivery last minute and put you in a desperate position. The delivery and pickup drivers were punctual and professional and very friendly and they cared about your driver way and they wanted to make sure the container was placed at the correct place you want. I would highly recommend PODS to anyone and I will definitely use it for my future moving.
