We had a great experience having our PODS delivered to our new house. Two of our PODS were delivered by Jason, out of Suwanee River; talk about a pro! He placed them right where we wanted them, which was not easy due to our curved driveway. Very skilled, polite, and helpful. He even picked up one of our empty PODS what wasn't scheduled to pick up on that day. Highly recommended!

Delivering the container, pickup and then redelivering the container are good. However, I could say their payment system is the worst. I have not seen this anywhere. I was charged 2 times for everything. I need to give them call for removing the charge. I called them 6-7 times each time for removing the double charge. Even the customer service representatives are confused with the payments process. Some say you are double charged, and some say you are charged correctly. I need to try several times to find a person who can fix it. It is total waste of time. I would not recommend PODS unless if you have extra time to deal with the customer service team for removing the extra charges.

The pods delivery was so incredibly professional. They came at the very start of my window of time and the driver Christopher Bedgood was incredible. He made sure I was able to open the pod even though it was stuff and took him a number of attempts he made sure all was well before leaving. I truly respect your help
