This company doesn't even deserve 1 star!!! Wish I would have read the reviews before my last minute move but hopefully this will help prevent someone else from making the same mistake. Well here goes... 1) Thursday evening I call the company to find out the earliest availability for a move and was informed that there was a 9am open and nothing else for a week. I secure the appointment and was told that I was in the best hands and that they would take care of me. The phone rep even insisted that I get some rest as tomorrow would be a long day. I thought "wow, he really has great customer service skills, maybe I was in good hands." Boy was I wrong! 2) The next morning at 9am, no one shows up or calls. I called them and was informed by a different rep that the team that was suppose to come was on another job and wouldn't be able to come for a couple hours. I was told that they should be at my house by noon. 3) Noon comes, still no movers. I call and she says they haven't made it back to the office yet but when they do she will dispatch them to my home. Remaining calm, I say okay and ask if I would receive any discount for this inconvenience as I had taken off of work to handle the move amongst other things. I was told she would check and let me know. 4) 1pm comes, no movers. 2pm comes, no movers. (Remember I scheduled a 9am move). I call and was told they are on their way. I asked about the discount again and she says that the clock wouldn't start until they got to my home and that they would not compensate me for my inconvenience. I could not believe they were being so insensitive to the fact they wasted my entire day. At 245 they show up but I'm disappointed to see what.... I mean who was sent to my home. I am African American and I love my people, however, the people that were sent to my home looked like young bums off the street. They were wearing regular street clothes, nothing indicating that they were working for a company and did not seem confident at all when going over the contract or in their ability to do the job. I have very expensive furniture and decor and they did not seem prepared to do the job but out of desperation I signed the contract. 5) I show them around and they go outside. After about 10 minutes, I go outside and I see them moving stuff around in the truck and passing a cigarette to one another. Mind you, they are now on the clock and are charging me by the hour. He comes and asks to use my phone to call his manager because the two of them couldn't move my furniture alone and would need some help (why there wasn't at least one phone between the two of them is beyond me). I take the number and call it myself only for the manager to yell at me for calling her cell phone! I'm trying to explain to her that her drivers gave me the number and they wanted to talk to her but she was irate and I couldn't believe that this was how I was being treated. Disgusted, I tell the movers to leave. 6) A couple minutes after hanging up the female rep calls and I explain how upset I am at the entire experience. She apologizes and tells me that the drivers assumed I was trying to do the entire move in two hours (the initial package before being charged by the hour) I told her that I knew it would take longer and that I was prepared to pay the additional fees but they never communicated that concern to me. She asks if I wanted her to send the drivers back and I tell her no and that they are extremely unprofessional and I am very displeased. Promised them I would write a review as well. Please please please listen to these reviews. They are very accurate! Do not waste your time or money with these people.

STAY FAR AWAY. This company is a joke. I had a move scheduled for 11 am on a Thursday. They didn't show up so I just kept packing and cleaning. I finally realized an hour and a half had passed and I hadn't even heard from them. When I called, they had to call around to find the truck. I was then told they couldn't get to me that day but could offer me a free carpet cleaning. I had to be out of my rental by that Sunday and I already had a maid, pest services, and a carpet cleaner scheduled for Friday morning, Friday afternoon, and Saturday morning, respectively. They said they would see if they could fit me in. I had to call them back a couple hours later when I still hadn't heard from them. She said they could probably get me in at 6 pm that day. I asked if the cost would still be hourly; the movers would be tired from already working a full day in the heat and would be moving much slower than a fresh crew. Yes, it still would have been hourly. She said she would call back. I called back a half hour later and miraculously, all of a sudden they could get me in at 8 am the next morning. I feel sorry for whoever got bumped to accommodate me. Well I still hadn't seen or heard from anyone by 8:40 the next morning. Just as I was about to call, the driver called me and said they were on the way. 30 min later, they finally showed. Then he tried to charge me for Friday pricing - more expensive than what it would have been on Thursday!! I made him call central office - no way was I paying more because they didn't show up when I had made an appointment (and received a confirmation 3 days prior) for Thursday! They acquiesced. His explanation of charges was still confusing - more on that later. The truck was not as large as advertised - and had a half open back so they couldn't even fill it the whole way! Fortunately most of my furniture for, but it still took several loads from my boyfriend's pickup truck, my parents' mid size SUVs, my sedan, and leaving a couple things with my neighbor to get all my stuff moved. I will say the guys did a good job layering the furniture with moving pads in the truck. When we arrived to my new house 45 min away, that's when things got worse. I knew I would have to pay them - in cash - before they would unload the truck, but I ended up paying an extra $75 because the guy kept saying I had to pay their return time. That DEFINITELY was not part of the explanation up front, no matter what he tried to say. But at that point, I just wanted my stuff. So I paid him and they moved stuff in. They moved most of the furniture and beds upstairs, but none of the boxes or small pieces (nightstands, bookcases). Part of the deal, which I had confirmed with the central office when the called to confirm my appointment, was that I was going to have them switch out a fridge from the kitchen and garage. When I mentioned it to the movers, he said it was a $50 charge to move any appliances. I think he was just hot and tired and didn't want to. I didn't push my luck - they had already dinged my wall a couple times. So here's the kicker - later that day, the central office called me and asked me how much I had paid the movers!!!! She said the paperwork wasn't clear. I wish I had had my wits about me and asked her how much they had turned in; I was so tired from the move, I just answered her. I guarantee they pocketed that extra $75. So long story short - DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DISHONEST, FLAKY COMPANY!

Initially, I thought that this moving service was going to be great. Be aware of this company and if you are moving into a home, they may try to scam you. I called and the representative was very nice and set my intrastate move up in no time. However, on the day of my move I had to call the office to find out where my movers were. About 20 minutes after I called the office, my movers called to let me know that they were about 10 minutes out. In all, they arrived almost an hour late for the move. The one mover almost made my furniture fall not once, but twice while trying to put it on the truck. It was so bad that I had to hold my furniture for him (a dresser) so that he didn't get injured due to his inability to stabilize it. Once we arrived to my destination, I was charged 5 hours, when at that time I had only used a little over two hours of their time. So, if anything I should've been charged for 3 hours of service total. When I asked to speak to the manager about the pricing, the mover claimed that the CEO hung up on him and refused to speak with me. I could not believe that a CEO would act in that manner. When I called the office myself, I was placed on hold by the lady, Jessicka, and the same mover slammed the ramp for the truck in my driveway and began cursing. Then, he went and got on the phone with his manager and was complaining about having to put $60 in the truck for gas and he needed to get paid. The cursing continued and I let the mover know that I understand that he may have children to take care of or different life situations, but scamming people out of money based on where/how they live was not right and the way he was conducting himself was unprofessional. When I called the office again, the so-called manager got on the phone and would not listen to what I was saying. Paying was not the issue...the issue was I was paying more than I should have been charged for a service. For those who hire this company for their move, be weary of any hidden costs...you are charged for padding, gas, one way travel, the time it takes for them to load/unload the truck and the time it takes them to get back to their destination of origin and clean the truck. If I included all of this, my job should have taken no more than 4 hours max...30 mins to load (we helped and my items were in a storage facility), 1.5 hour drive to destination and 30 mins to unload. Their office is only 15 mins from me so, let's give them another hour for that time to clean the truck. In the end, I would never use this service again nor recommend their services. I was scammed and I hope the mover who was unprofessional did something wonderful with the extra funds received.
