  I called several hot tub movers and either the prices were outrageous or they were unresponsive. Premium Hot Tub Movers gave me a reasonable price, got the job done quickly and efficiently, and were friendly and helpful. They even got the hot tub cover that the seller wasn't going to give me and gave me tips on how to repair it! Definitely five stars.

  Great service and professionalism. Hired them to move a a used hot tub my wife bought. They were flexible with my schedule and even washed the tub out and flushed the jets before they placed it.

  I originally called Premium Hot Tub Movers to move an awkwardly-sized custom-built therapy pool from my driveway (where it was to be delivered) to the back yard. On the scheduled delivery date, the shipping company notified me that they did not have manpower nor proper tools to safely deliver the tub. The folks at Premium Hot Tub Movers stepped up and offered to retrieve the tub from the station. Their communication/collaboration in getting the tub here in perfect condition was a huge relief after experiencing numerous delays related to manufacture and shipping. I also received a lot of helpful information on getting the tub set up, maintaining the various components, and even renovating my deck, which will likely save us time and money. Great experience; Highly recommend!
