  We chose this company to use for our move on a recommendation from a friend. Unfortunately, we were sorely disappointed in the lack of their business professionalism. We tried multiple times to schedule an on-site visit for a cost and time estimate to pack our house to no avail. Steve would call each time with an excuse as to why he could not come. We recommend that if you hire this company you receive a firm estimate on how much time, number of movers, supplies needed to complete the job, and method of payment. We were surprised that we had to buy moving supplies and then we were also charged for supplies that we did not ask to be brought to the job. Also if you decide to use this company be sure to track the time each of the packers are on site. We had to argue about the hours each packer worked when it came time to pay them. Since one of the packers left the job site for several hours both days it caused us to have to step in and help them with the packing as their estimate of two days to complete the job left them scrambling. Also a lot of items that we had planned on them packing were left behind for us to pack. They did a great job of packing the 2 U-Hauls and unpacking them into 2 Storage Units. Unfortunately we were at the Storage units from 9 PM to 1:30 AM unloading the trucks. We do want to give compliments to Steve & Shasta. They were very personable, hard working, and knowledgeable. However, they did not manage our move very well as multiple times we had to point out rooms that still needed to be packed. These are the reasons why we had to give this company a low score.

  This was our best moving company experience by far! We called & they came out the same day, & did an amazing job at an awesome price. Steve & Shasta were careful with our things like they were theirs & were professional & friendly. Wish we could give 10 stars & have them available for every move! HIGHLY recommend!!!!

  This is a power house of a team! They contacted us quickly to confirm, and followed up beforehand to ensure things went smoothly. Our items were disassembled carefully, packed with utmost care and secured perfectly. They were polite, professional, friendly, and very thorough. We are so much more then just happy with this company and recommend them highly for your move.
