Very clean and attentive front office! I was extremely impressed at how professional they were in the office and their patience. Was able to speak and meet with Brandi while I was servicing a client for moving in one of their units. I am editing my review from 1 star to 5. I finally got in touch with Brandy and she couldn’t have been more apologetic, helpful, understanding and friendly. Due to staffing issues she hadn’t been able to get back with me. She not only took care of the late fees and extra months of charges, she also tried to prorate my last month of rent and offered a refund which I refused since I did use the unit late into August. Also, she knew exactly who I was and even recalled parts of our conversation from the day we moved into the unit! Thank you, Brandy, for your kindness and best of luck with your staffing issues!! Original review: We have left numerous messages since September to have someone call us back and no one has returned our calls. We have been out of the unit since end of August and now we have almost $300 in payments and late fees because we can't speak to anyone about cancelling as we are out of town. Also, we now have a lien on our unit but we don't even have a unit!!! Will not use this company in the future.
