They do not deliver as scheduled. Every time we have shipped via Ward TLC they have not delivered anywhere near their expected delivery. The last shipment we sent of 5 pallets has taken over 15 days to deliver. Sitting at this terminal for over a week not moving. Very upset with the service.

Ward Trucking is by far the best freight service provider compared to other carriers we have used in the past. We have been using Ward direct and also through our 3PL carriers for about 5 years but their drivers are always courteous and customer service is even better. They respond to our inquiries promptly the ability to track my pickup time on their website is a very nice tool and very accurate. I wish other carriers are at least half of Ward's standards, I would seriously give them higher than 5 stars if I could.

I would highly recommend anybody else cause you will not get your freight at anytime reasonable or can they tell you when it is coming.
