I would give negative 5 if I could. Have lost several packages I was expecting. Has said undeliverable when I am home and also have received email confirming package delivered but nothing was delivered and cannot find where driver delivered to wrong address. Received packages completely destroyed. If I am able to choose who ships what I order I always choose another because the service SUCKS

Apparently they don't know how to read a shipping label. We heard the truck. Went to check for the package and nothing was there. Looked at our email and found they couldn't find our address. Went to check that our address was correct on our package (by picture) and it was. We now have to wait 3 more days for a car part. Can't drive till I have it...
