Pods absolutely let me down. After a 15 day delay, they told me that my only option was to pick up my belongings an hour and a half away.

We had a great experience with PODS and our driver, Dale Woodward. He showed up on time and was very professional, both at the initial POD drop-off and at the pickup. The location where we needed him to drop off our POD was a challenge to get into, but Dale was careful and did a great job. I hope we don't have to move again for a long time, but if we do need a storage or moving solution in the future we will surely remember our excellent experience with this company.
