The office manager is very personable, however their fees are unusually high, outside of the standard monthly rent for a storage business to charge. So be sure to ask a lot of questions before renting a unit here and don't expect anyone to call you. Also, we checked out of the unit on the 1st and were still charged for the full coming month. Nothing is prorated here. This is reportedly a corporation direction. With respect to all, there are many storage facilities to choose from in the area and it may be to your advantage to shop around some before deciding on this one.

The woman who runs this place is nice and the prices are good, but there never seems to be anyone around to answer the phone. They do not have online bill pay, so you can only make a payment when they are in the office or will answer their telephone, which is random at best for either option, even though they have business hours posted. I've even been charged late fees because of this (trying to call for an entire week to pay while out of town with no answer and being charged $60 in fees the next week for late payment).
