Got to my unit this morning and there was a Semi-truck here to deliver for Prime Storage. They had no idea he was on site until I called them, and they waited 2 hours to come let him through the gate. They let their entire trailer parking area be inaccessible for an entire Monday morning which can be a killer for any small business who trusts this facility with their equipment. I will be moving out as soon as possible

It's a really nice place. Was super easy to book online and got a good deal. Only thing is I wish the parking lot was a little bigger but it was still pretty easy unloading. They had carts to help and I love the security set up. Deff a happy customer!

This was my first time ever renting a storage unit and my experience was really pleasant. The place was relatively new and it was very clean. Lexus was the manager on duty and she was SO HELPFUL, nice and pleasant. If you are buying a lock, you can buy a disc lock on site or I would also recommend to buy a disc lock from Lowe's or any other hardware store which might be slightly cheaper.. I just bought a traditional lock that is supposed to be a high grade but now I see why it will be harder to cut a disc lock if anyone tries to do so. I also got a first month free online deal. They do charge additional 13.00 on top of their monthly rental fee.
