Prime Storage has ruined this place. Extra Space kept it clean and the bathrooms open. Bathroom doors are always locked. 2 rate increases in last 3 months. Made insurance a requirement. Now they are changing insurance after a month and 1/2. Changed office hours till later in the morning. Renter be warned. They also tampered with the temp controlled area. Warmer in hot months and now colder in winter. Humidity is up. Prime is all about their pockets, just want your money and that’s it. Ruined an excellent storage building.

Clean, safe, easily accessible facility. Employees were super friendly and helpful! Would store our stuff here again! Thank you Prime Storage! You guys are amazing!
