We just moved in here & have had a great experience! It’s the cleanest place around & the front desk staff is on top of it & truly cares about their customers. Demetria went above & beyond to help us & Noel made the check-in process a breeze. Definitely would recommend this spot for storage needs.

After going to a different storage facility just down the street which was TERRIBLE.....bad customer service, we went to Prime Storage on Rabbit Hill, Holly Springs. Demetria and Noel were a breath of fresh air. They were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We ended up renting an even bigger unit than we planned. Great customer service, beautiful facility, convenient to I-575, exit 11 or exit 14. We expect to have a great experience with these girls and our storage needs. Noel and Demetria are a great example of what good customer service is! They should be operating a school for others to know what customer service really is.

Noel at Prime Storage in Holly Springs was great! She worked with us to get exactly what we needed. She understood our situation and went to great lengths to help. She was very friendly and organized. The facility is very easy clean secure. Wonderful experience so far!
