Pritchetts Flooring is a premier business. They provide a huge assortment of flooring products, installation services and a family oriented customer service experience. Where other businesses have misplaced their personal attention, Pritchetts takes it “old school” and will make you feel like family. You will be taken care of throughout the whole process. Amir is very knowledgeable, personal and cares that you are happy with your solution. This is now our first and last stop with any home upgrades, remodel and even new construction.

THE BEST customer service in the tri-city area! Sue and her Dad are amazing and will go to any lengths to make sure you are happy!! They want you to have the best overall job experience with Pritchett’s! Prices are competitive and a huge selection of flooring to choose from!! STOP going to big box stores and shop local!!! You will not regret it! I attached a picture of my playroom in the vinyl plank grey oak and we love it!! I have done 6 areas in my home with them and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received! Can’t wait to start on the 2 other rooms soon!!!

Our experience with Pritchett’s Flooring has been absolutely wonderful. They replaced all the flooring in our house. Professional, yet personal. Sue is the best of the best. We recently had our house painted and she helped us select flooring that perfectly matched our cabinets, countertops new wall color and the new carpet we selected. They take pride in excellence and customer service and are not satisfied until the customer is completely satisfied. Any mistakes, however minimal are swiftly and thoroughly rectified to the customer’s satisfaction. We would recommend them to everyone and will definitely call again for any further improvements, but even if there is no more work to be done, we now consider Sue a friend who is welcome at our home anytime!
