  My wife and I hired Pronto Moving and Storage for our move from CA to FL. We were skeptical at first because you always hear about moving nightmares but our salesman Jason was upfront and honest from the beginning making us aware of the additional costs that my come up and gave us realistic expectations of what we could expect for a coast to coast move. The movers who showed up were hard working and professional. Jennifer prepared us for a 4 week delivery, so we were pleasantly surprised when our belongings arrived 23 days later with no missing or damaged items. I would highly recommend them.

  Pronto actually helped me locally from South Florida, back to Central Florida! I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment, the crew showed up and handled all of my items correctly and professionally. Prior to the move , we also did a virtual walk through of everything I planned on keeping! Do yourself a favor , go through an actual moving company directly, save yourself a wasted deposit to someone on the phone ! Pronto has amazing staff and stays with you the whole way through, up until after delivery!

  I can tell you that I researched for hours for a cross-country move for my son. What I learned during my research was troubling. Some companies hire writers to write their own reviews, some hold your property hostage, some damage your property. I am thrilled to say that Pronto did none of these. Based on lengthy conversations with Carrie and Damien, I finally just had to take a leap of faith and hired them. They were just terrific. Carrie went over every little detail with me and covered everything that could cause the cost to rise. This company is not inexpensive and our costs did rise but we were prepared to expect that. My son moved a two bedroom apartment from Wichita, Kansas to Jupiter, Florida. They used a box truck to pick up his belongings, move them to their warehouse in Chicago, unloaded them there, reloaded them onto a semi with other peoples property and drove to Florida about two weeks later. They were in constant communication and none of his property got mixed up with others. Everyone we dealt with was just great. I highly, highly recommend this company! Beware if you get a cheap quote elsewhere. Based on my research, people who get low quotes get stuck with unexpected increases. We knew what to expect with this company. They were great!!
