I have been with Public Storage for almost 5 years. My only complaint is the cost is constantly going up. But today I talked to one of the customer service rep. He was so kind put in for me A Customer Appreciation Promotion to my account. So that makes a great difference to stay with a business that's safe for your personal belongings, No issues since I have been at this location as well. Thank you to all the staff (Thank you so much Don, you took care of me today) God Bless you!!

I never knew getting a storage unit would be like this! Latasha was Superb, Amazing, Awesome!! Very professional, informative, accommodating and oh so helpful!! Everyone should be like this in customer service! It makes life so much easier. Thank you so much Latasha & Public Storage. Also, Inside the building & the unit is very clean. Thumbs up!!!
