  "Very disappointed with this place & very poor customer service. The lady in the office was so so kind & does an amazing job, they are lucky to have her. As far as the gentleman who runs the place, I wish I could say the same thing. We purchased a 2 dog kennel for $3,600 & some change. We had it not even two days & my 82lb German Shepherd was able to push the the outside kennel door open because THEY failed to make sure the bolts were tightened (where the latch is). We have no idea how long she was out for. We are thankful she didn’t run off & stayed home. He said it sounded like my dog has anxiety, which she most definitely does not, living in an outside kennel is nothing new for her. We are currently having to ZIP TIE the kennels shut!! The gentleman I spoke to said “Well I hate that for you, it just sounds like you need to take an impact to it & tighten it up.” He had no interest in listening to what happened & rushed me the whole time while on the phone. VERY VERY poor customer service. I wouldn’t it recommend them."
