  Worst towing experience I've had in the last 10 years of my trucking experience. Don, the owner was a very rude and unreasonable person, we had a horrible day, broke down in the middle of the snow storm, don sent a genius mechanic who had no clue how to properly diagnose our problem, he came to our semi truck location, tried diagnosing the truck but came up with nothing, no codes no issue of what and how to fix it. We agreed to $1200 tow to detroit since they couldnt fix the issue. Somehow once they got to our yard their bill was $1887, totally uncalled for. We asked for a break for at least $87 and don, the owner refused. Not only that but threatened to stay hooked until we “decided to pay”. Completely price gaugung and unreasonable.

  I am sorry that you feel that our service was unreasonable. Our Tech was dispatched by your company for diagnostic work. The Tech brought the appropriate diagnostic tools but the truck had been deleted or altered in a way that the computer could not perform diagnostic. At this point the Tech offered towing as an option and quoted a price. You agreed to all of this. Not until it came time to drop the truck in your yard did you call and try to negotiate the bill. By doing this my Technician that worked very hard to get your truck back to your yard safely was home very late and felt very frustrated from how he was treated by you and your staff. There is more to the story, the objective here is to make it clear to the public that this story does not clearly represent the transaction. Our company charges very fair competitive rates for roadside service, diagnostic as well as towing work.

  Motorcycle blew a tire while on a road trip. These guys had me off the interstate within 20 minutes. Fast, friendly and professional. They took extra care in hauling and storing my vintage bike. Money well spent.

  I called after I decided not to try and drive my truck an hour home after getting into an accident, they were super professional and in general, kind. He told me he could be there in 15 minutes and they were on time with that too. Definitely grateful for them being able to get my truck home with the short notice!
