I had been very impressed....got great help on my ETA and was called one day in advance as well. Professional and friendly. Despite the "world's shipping problems" these guys have figured it out and aren't whining about it! HOWEVER - BE FOREWARNED: this is a curbside only delivery company - IF your shipment is unusually large or heavy, you'll need to arrange your own additional help moving it once it's dropped off at the "curb". I live in a condo and became a bit of a problem.

This was my first time working with R&L.Not only were they secure on who picked up the freight, but also went over and above any expectations I may of had, when the delay was not their fault. I would definitely recommend, and will be using their services again!
