Ordered a roll of carpet from Home Depot. It arrived weeks after initial estimated delivery date. This company is the one who handled the delivery. They insisted I sign a waiver to have it dropped off while I wasn't home which I did. The driver didn't get the memo and refused to leave it as my contractor at the house told me. When I called right after arriving home I get put on hold and transferred without warning forcing me to reexplain myself. Then the driver wouldn't answer his phone the manager told me and was only a few miles away forcing me to wait another day. Keep in mind people move stuff to make room for carpet. I am generous with the second star.
