Driver was friendly, that's why it is 2 starts and not 1. Dispatcher was not friendly...she was actually very rude with her replies. Don't expect your item to show up on day or on the scheduled delivery day. Expect to get a call and say the truck broke down (again).

Waiting all day for a pickup. At 4:50 i called the location and the ask me to call later because the dispatcher was on another call. At 5:05 call back and no body answer. i called the main number and supposedly the driver is on his way. after waiting 2 hours i called back and i am reschedule for the next day. Worst company.

So the delivery date was set to be on today Dec. 23. I called the day before to make sure that it would be delivered today and they confirmed that. Which I had arranged time off work and a place to accept the pallet. So now the day of the delivery hours before, the delivery just changed to Monday the 27 which I will not be home for and now I have to arrange a separate delivery or have to possibly drive 2 hours to pick it up. Which I was able to do today Dec. 23 but I can't because they have it loaded on a truck and have nobody there to unload it... So yeah just prepare for your delivery to be super unpredictable. With no immediate or in anyway convenient solutions.
