This office was absolutely amazing from start to finish with our every need. We contacted them on short notice, with little time to spare, and they were able to make possible what other companies in their industry told us was impossible, beyond impressed! They moved our high value, sensitive, and fragile server systems that required, as we came to find out, white glove service. These guys educated us on things we never knew, and kept us informed the whole way through with tracking & tracing of our precious cargo. In addition, they actually had the ability to offer us their in-house high value cargo insurance to protect our $750,000.00+ investment (our product) in 1 phone call. If it weren't for R+L bringing to our attention the standard limits of liability for carrier insurance, we might have ended up with a very expensive delivery of unusable product, so grateful they brought this to our attention. We were very pleased with the high level of service we received, and would recommend them to any company with time sensitive, high value cargo!
