Do NOT use this company. When moving my belongings from a storage unit to my house, R&W Moving company damaged and broke several items of furniture (totaling $1278.99). To start with, the owner was apologetic and said he would take it up with the insurance company. I provided them with photographs and information on price of items broken. Communication from then on has been non-existent. They do not respond to my messages. I have been trying to get this resolved for 2 months now. AND... not only did they break my furniture, but one of their employees used my number that I had provided them for business purposes, to text me (a single woman living alone) at 3:30 in the morning, with an inappropriate message. I felt scared and violated as he knew where I lived. Choose another company, they’re the cheapest for a reason. They will not take care of your furniture.

Our apologies on not getting back to you. The empmoyee in question has been terminated and in regards to the furniture our insurance denied the claim. We have had issues with our phones and email.

Hired R&W to unload our 26 ft Uhaul in our new location. We were extremely pleased with their service and professionalism and found them to be reasonably priced. We scheduled 2 men for 2 hours and they finished in 1 1/2 hours. They arrived early, accesses the job and got to work. They worked hard but not rushed and took their time in placing our items in the new location. Ver good communication with owner David who also worked the job. Highly recommend and would use again.

I moved across country and left my hoods to be moved by U Haul. When I finally got my house I was given R&W Moving as the go to movers to get my goods to the house. I even had a glitch from U Haul and R&W straighten it out for me and got all goods to the house in a timely manner. Their personality has a lot to do with the great customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks guys for a job well done!
