The main staff were professional and helpful up until the move day. The movers were mostly good, but they rushed the end and left without packing several drawers and closets. Packing was mixed, and some objects arrived damaged. Most frustrating though is the number of items (including some valuable and sentimental) that vanished, and the uselessness of their insurance.

They are terrible. They steel your small items and they overcharge you. Also they dent , scratch and break yor furniture and they do not care. Your hardwood floor will be scratched and they tell you they are not liable for their terrible work. Stay away from these people and look for better movers

I had an excellent experience with Ratliff Moving. They were on time and very efficient. Also, they took great care with my belongings and made sure nothing was damaged! Highly recommend!
