  If you're looking for an extremely unprofessional and unethical moving company in Arizona then you've found one! The movers ripped my $1,000 leather sectional and were very confrontational about it. Their front office staff said they would call me back after speaking to the owner and they never called, even after I left them messages. I personally did not hire this company the developers of my condo did. The owner of R.E. also showed zero business owner skills with the developers and hung up on them. If an owner acts like this it's no wonder the movers do too. Meanwhile, my couch is still ruined. I do not recommend this company at all and tried to give them zero stars but the system made me give them at least one. Call Leo's Moving company instead!

  If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!I don’t know how this company is in business. They are very unprofessional to say the least. They just left the furniture at my door even when I asked them not too bc I didn’t know how I was going to get it in I’m only 5’1 120lbs. They couldn’t fit in and get into the room we needed so they just left at my front door. One of the movers called the office talked to Jennifer who then was handed to me and she just gave me lipservice saying that she had speak to the owner and see what they could do, after a few minutes the men just proceed to leave I asked them what was going on? I was confused, I was waiting to hear back they said they said that Jenifer at the office gave him the clearance to just leave. They were just rude and uncaring. On top of that she didn’t even have the courtesy to speak to me and let me know what’s going, so unprofessional all around!!! I had hire another company thank goodness they are Quality Service LLC look them up on Facebook because you’ll definitely need them if you deal with this company!!! They went above and beyond actually accomplished what this company couldn’t plus unwrapped my furniture and set it up properly smh.

  I am giving this company 4 stars due to their lack of professionalism. Mostly with their office and admin department. The movers were perfect, couldn’t have asked for better customer services. However their clerical assistant Jennifer was unhelpful and very unprofessional. Didn’t return my calls and when I did make contact with her she lied and tried to hurry up and get me off the phone. Then said she’d call me back in 20 mins and never called back, when I tried to call back she didn’t answer and her phone was actually off. 2 hours later, after I called the two numbers back a million times. I finally made contact with someone via: text - asking me to text the Number. Then received a call from Jennifer who acted like she had never spoken to me, and then said she was calling me from her personal number and then said she was sorry forgot to call. Completely unhelpful and frustrating when you only have a simple question.. honesty from the start when we first made contact would have been VERY PRODUCTIVE!! Not to mention .. annoying !
