  We needed movers with 1 day notice. We wanted it simple. Ready to Move was up to the task. Other movers wanted lost of paperwork done prior and none were able to schedule us to move with 1 day notice. Ready to Move was, as their name says, ready to move us. The movers arrived promptly when they were supposed to. The employees were very nice and able to get all of our things out of storage and into our new home very quickly and with nothing damaged. The price was fair as well. I would recommend this company to anyone.

  We hired Ready to move to move all of our large furniture to another home. They showed up on time, reviewed everything with me before they started working then started the time. Jay and Q were awesome. They treated everything like it was theirs. They were very professional and very kind. They even checked on me as i was also moving things in my car. They went over and beyond and if i need help with anything these are the two guys i want helping me. I feel like i made some great friends. They really helped by making a stressful day go very smooth. Thank you so much!!!

  I have used RTM several times in the past 10 years. This recent move was the worst. They showed up. 2 hours late. They damaged door jams in my home I’m moving from and they left 3 suitcases of essential clothing on the truck for the all weekend. We had to buy clothing until they finally found them and brought them by. After several emails with the owner, all I have received is an I’m sorry we get this a lot in our industry and I don’t work on weekends because I have kids. Then she emails and asked if she missed the credit card info for payment. They broke my golf cart on the last move ands held my luggage on this one. Sorry but I won’t be using RTM again

  Doug we are sorry to hear that you were not happy with your move due to 2 pieces of luggage that were hidden under a blanket for one day. Jacob personally drove your luggage to you first thing Monday morning. Please call us in the future at 478-390-0712 when you have something that needs to be addressed immediately. Our office hours on Saturday are 8-5 and you emailed after that time. We appreciate that moving is a stressful time and simple situations are more difficult in that mind frame. We have been in communication for months before this and changed your moving date 15 times to accommodate your schedule. You were emailed requesting your credit card information, because you did not remit payment at the time of service which is abnormal. Please contact us to discuss this further at 478-390-0712.
