Some of the worst customer service I have experienced with numerous issues during the time I have rented a spot. Continual problems keeping gate working. Was late leaving for a vacation because gate broke (again). Gate has been left open for weeks in the past. Come back from trip and can’t park camper in spot due to piles of trash blocking access. Camper broken into. Our rate has increased 21% in less than 3 years.

as far as storage goes, it has been ok, but prices have gone up way too much for us. We will hopefully be able to remove our things by next spring.

RV area needs sprayed for weeds. Sometimes there is more underbrush there than at the campgrounds we go to. Otherwise all is good here.
