Very horrible customer service. Gate keypad is broken and no time frame to when it will be fixed. Called customer service and they were rude and non-helpful. Will not give a pro-rated refund for days customers can't access their units. DO NOT rent from here go elsewhere. There are red lock-out locks from nonpayment of over 80% of the units. Unsure if I will be able to get back in to get my belongings. Shame on you Red Dot and Shame on the site Manager. Why doesn't the management respond to poor reviews and only positive ones??????

Worst customer service!!! Can’t even access my storage unit, because their security system is broken. They can’t give a time when the gate will be fixed either!! Beware

SOMEONE JUST PLEASE FIX THE GATE ASAP! PLEASE!!!!! The gate security is locked where no one can enter to gain access to their storage unit. Its given an message "Sorry...Area Closed" When I call the customer service number all they will say is that many people have called to complained and that the Sight Manager has been made aware. They can't tell when it will be fixed.
