Everything was fine until I noticed several units including mine, some theif thinks they're slick they have tried to cut the WHOLE DAMN LOCK MECHANISM OFF WITH CUTTERS. WELL I PLACED A FULL VIEW NIGHT VISION CAMERA ON AND INSIDE MY UNIT. SOOOOO WHEN I CATCH THEM THEY WILL BE SHOWN LIVE all over social media so when I post a video saying"Grab ur popcorn, gotta see it.....

So my storage unit itself is great and we have had no issues, the only reason it is not a 5 star rating is because the "road" my locker is on is like someone loaded something to heavy and now it is all beat up and has giant holes down it. So again the units are great if they could fix the path this place would be 5 stars.

Horrible experience. Refuse to close out our unit and continue to charge us and threaten collections after we emptied out our unit. We closed out with 1-800 # and they confirm this but waited 3 days to visually inspect it. They state there is stuff remaining. We explained we emptied it and if anything is in it someone in those 3 days before they inspected it while it was unlocked placed items in there and we are not responsible nor care what they do with items. They continue to harash us and threaten collections and wont close out our account. Do not use!
