  I used Red Rovers in August and September of this year(2021) to move from Queens NY to Orlando FL. The team at the NY location(Syosset) are fantastic. Billy, Jim and Jeanette truly made my move successful. Pickup was easy, driving the truck was better than I hoped. Everything went according to plan. I even had to change my ship dates and that was easy to do by emailing Jeanette. Florida - Tampa Red Rover delivered my container / pod to my new address since I was further out their zone and all I had to do was coordinate movers to unload it or d it myself. Super easy. They were on-time to deliver and we finished quickly. Please consider Red Rover over anyone else. They were a fraction of the cost compared to traditional movers and way way cheaper than pods. Pods couldn't get their pod in my NY driveway because the pod machine is too large and outdated in my opinion. But Red Rover truck fit fine and has built in ramps, so loading and unloading was easy. Thanks again to the Red Rover team for making my move very manageable and easy.

  After searching for Pods, movers, U-Haul rentals, etc. to do a long distance move I came across Red Rover. After further investigation and then a conversation for an estimate I literally thought and stated, "this is to good to be true." However, it is true. They are the most cost effective resource for this type of move and the customer service that I have received has been absolutely outstanding. I spoke to Brandon upon my original booking and he was helpful and patient. I recently connected with Tom Mercurio, Concierge Manager at Red Rover Fetchable Storage, who again answered all my questions about logistics, costs and took the time to assure/comfort me of all the "little" things that stress you out during a move. Many times when you get a great price on something you lose the customer service. However, Red Rover not only delivers better than competitive pricing the customer service is phenomenal. As a marketing professional I rarely use the adjectives, phenomenal or outstanding. It feels good use these adjectives to a company that deserves it. Thank you Red Rover!!!!

  I booked three dates with Red Rover for my move. Two were done this weekend. I cannot tell you how happy I am with such a delightful experience. Everyone who works there is awesome. The trucks rock! This move has been entirely great thanks to the Red Rover team. I am going to tell everyone how hands down it is such a better option from what is out there. If this was a stock, I would invest. This company is a win win.
