  I ordered my freight 7 months ago and just barley got it. I thought Redman Van and Storage was at fault but after finding out that it took a different company that long just to get it to them... Ryan was great to work with and the delivery team was really good at getting to the top of Big Sky to get it delivered to me. Thank you all for your help and GREAT JOB!!

  I've never experienced worse customer service. A date for delivery was scheduled 2 weeks out, the driver was to call 2 hours before delivering. No one called and it was delivered a day early. They said that I was home, they took a picture of me they said. But they couldn't get my attention so they didn't deliver. I called the next day and I was treated rudely and told it was my fault. No delivery date has been scheduled for me and they won't take my calls. I can't believe this.

  Twice we have had to rely on this company to deliver our new cabinets. Both times we were given a delivery date and they did not show OR call. We had to call them. The first time delivery was delayed by over a week and today it is being delayed by several days.
