I reached out to Scott, as I wanted to work with someone local to McMinnville. While it took 2 days to return my call, I was happy that he was able to schedule me in quickly and get me on my way with my "new to me" piano! He came today and did a great job, was very professional, and pleasant. As with many of us who are "older" (I say that, but I'm pretty sure he's a good bit younger than my 60+ years) and not completely tied to our phones, he works diligently while maintaining a life. I recommend him highly!

Years ago when they were first a business they tuned my piano Scott was friendly and very informative.Now I can't get a return phone call or email.
