Absolutely excellent! We are so pleased with the job that the movers did. They certainly were reliable and much more. After working with a moving company that scratched up our furniture and our walls, we needed someone to handle our items carefully and professionally. The Reliable crew worked through the snow and cold to deliver terrific service. And . . . their price was reasonable. Five stars for sure!

I should have called them first!!!! I got scammed by some internet movers (lost money, but thankfully the Lord gave us the wisdom to send the other movers packing). I called Reliable because they were highly recommended by some friends (not by fake ratings online). They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable! I had them move my 500lb. gun safe up from the basement. The price was up-front and fair (oh, and it didn’t change in the day of the move!). I showed the movers where it was in the basement and the tricky stairway they’d have to navigate. I went to get the truck in position (having decided to move the furniture myself after losing money to the MyBestMover.com scammers). By the time I had the truck in position and the ramp out, they already had the safe outside. They loaded it, I paid what we’d agreed on, and we all left happy!!! Save yourself money, time and LOTS of frustration - go with people who are neighbors, not internet fraudsters!!! I wish I’d have called them first - I’d have had them move everything for me!

My booked movers canceled our move two days before they were suppose to come leaving us stranded. Every mover was booked. By luck Jennifer answered my email at 9 at night and was able to squeeze us in even though they had a tight schedule. The guys were fast, smart, good humored, and were extremely careful with our large house move. I love the fact they list their pricing right on their website and cover so much detail. Thank you Jennifer, Kevin, Dave, Joe, and Jay.
