We were not tenants but myself and my wife were most recently site managers. We came to Idaho on good faith from the east coast. We arrived and discovered that there are some policies for site managers that are a blatant invasion of privacy. I would be very cautious before taking this job without doing your due diligence and demand to see all of the policies that you will need to adhere to before taking the job. Applicant BEWARE.!!!

The prices are a little high and they should have the pavement seal coated and the cracks filled, I know someone that can do that but they should have it cleaned first.
