  This company did not do a good job of communicating, keeping their word on delivery, and they are trying to intimidate the person they finally moved the teailer for. They were hired on September 1st to have delivery of the trailer by labor day, as the owner of the property the trailer was on was going out of town for labor day, no trailer delivered as told. The property owner had a removal permit for the trailer that ran out on the 19th of September, trailer was still on the property when the permit ran out. We were told several times they were delivering and didn't show up. Finally got trailer on the 27th of September, told the owner of transport company we would pay when we brought his equipment to him. He is now trying to be paid the final amount and is being extremely hostile about it. Would never recommend him to move anything.

  This is to the response of rose reagle the communication between ricks mobile home transport and the mobile home owner was every day either by phone or my wife’s Facebook this home was in the woods when I looked at it it needed quite a bit of work before it could be moved and I told home owner that she was fine with it I had truck in shop at navy run twice we was having issues the good people at navy run in Townville repaired issue so permit she it talking about it a tax removal permit it shows taxes was paid in full it ran out on September 19th landowner where home was sitting at right before Labor Day weekend he went to Kentucky where his family is four 1 week truck was down for a week also once repaired I informed the new home owner the day before home would have to be delivered the next day which was the 27th my permit route was going thru a road construction on truck 27 I couldn’t get thru so I informed new owner of it she was perfectly fine with it Sunday morning the home was delivered and I was informed it would be 2 weeks before they setup home to pay me and return my equipment back my only concern was I did my job home was delivered and now I should be paid in full and not have to wait 2 weeks to pay me
