  I bought a treadmill through Costco, and Rochester City Delivery was the contracted delivery service. Costco guaranteed "threshold" delivery service. Instead, this company sent one person to deliver the treadmill, and he left it on a palette in our driveway. My husband spent an hour trying to get the treadmill inside by himself (I'm traveling) to get the equipment out of the snow, and hurt his back. We called Rochester City Delivery, but only were able to leave a message. Hopefully someone will call us back.

  Disappointing. Mickey, Kasey, no one ever got back to me on a courier job needed. They did not respond to several calls and voicemails left, nor the emails I sent explaining the courier service our company needed in Rochester. If they were not interested, fine, but a courtesy reply to say no thank you or some acknowledgment would have been nice (and professional). Went with another company...

  I See their Vehicles all over Rochester. But I Shutter every time i see one behind me as they tail gate you for miles. When i say tail gate i mean so close i can't see their front plate anymore that close. Now i'm not driving slow doing just under 60 in 55 MPH. There is no reason for this and it happens all the time. Need/ Want more info? Contact me and i will be more then happy to give you plate number and details.
