  Dirty, units leak getting stored items soaked. No roof-just wire mesh for ceiling. Narrow space between units across each other. Vehicles get trapped in drive thru because only room for 1 vehicle width.

  Quoted on the phone that they had a minimum 1 hour charge. They were here less than 15 minutes and charged 2 hours. Their business was 10 minutes away. They only moved 1 item from the garage to the bedroom. Shame on Royal Hawaiian Movers for ripping off a fixed income old man.

  Royal Hawaiian Movers were friendly, timely, and thorough. Harvey and Nick offered to unpack the boxes and collected all the box and wrapping debris. They were super helpful, and I definitely recommend them!
