The driver (#75) that came out and hooked up my car damaged the oil pan. He told me they will weld it, not replace it. They've also turned a half-day repair into a multi-day, multi-mechanic hassle. No talk of reimbursement for the tow, transportation expenses, etc. I've called multiple times and every time somebody different answers the phone but they each seem to have the same ornery attitude. I could understand revisiting a business after a problem like this if they were courteous and apologetic but Sakstrup's has been an absolute pain to deal with today. 5/14/19: Lori followed up and heard my issues. She handled the transportation costs after the damage and promised to look into the phone problems. She was the best part of my Sakstrup's experience.

The employees here we're all extremely nice, relaxed, and inviting! Even over the phone they were patient and not rude, which I have found with other towing companies in Ann Arbor. They made the p rocess very easy. Thank you!

This was by far the best towing experience that I had. Michael was friendly, kind, and very considerate. I was thinking about having to pay several hundred dollars for a tow because I was on I-94 West, and ended up saving a ton of money by doing so. This is the best towing service that a person can ask for. I will be remembering to call them the next time I need a tow. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good choice in towing and even the MDOT people trust them, so they have a very good reputation in the Ann Arbor area
