Cathy was very helpful and patient with us! I can be indecisive, but she never rushed us. She answered all our questions. They had a great sale too! EDIT: I give in-person 5 stars. However, delivery was not so much. stayed home from work to ensure someone was there for delivery. The delivery truck came flying down our gravel driveway that if had it been furniture in there, I think it would have been damaged. They came up blaring music so loudly you could hear it in our house. Trash fell out of the truck, they did not pick it up. Then they did not have our mattress pad- when questioned they said they forgot it but we could come to the store to get it. After telling them but it was supposed to be delivered, they said they would deliver it tomorrow. I called the store several hours later to check on when it would be delivered, they were unaware we hadn’t received it. They also told me to come to the store. I told them no, so they put me on hold and came back saying it will be shipped. Not sure when that will happen, but after being told this over $100 mattress pad protects my mattress for its warranty, it’s frustrating to not receive it. Also after making a big purchase for a mattress set and setting up delivery, I do not think it’s right they immediately try to put responsibility on me to get the pad when they forgot. It should have been offered as an option, but delivery/shipping should have been made as first option without having to ask for them to do it.

Good quality furniture available-Lane, La-z-boy, etc. Showroom was full! Jesse was awesome. Not pushy at all which is what I like! Furniture was delivered the very next day! The girls handling the payment side of the transaction were very friendly and helpful and no one acted like my loud kids bothered them which is always a plus for me since I don’t have much time to complete shopping without them!

I worked with Cathy and she was great!! I know I went to that store over 4 times trying to make my mind up and she wasn’t pushy at all. Get my delivery Saturday and can’t wait!
