  I called SD Quality Movers at the last minute and they were able to accommodate me. They were professional and hard working. They knew what they were doing! They took great care of my belongings!

  Movers were supposed to show anywhere from 8-9 with a 30 minute heads up. 9:15 rolled around and I had not received a call and no one showed. I called the company and they said "let me figure it out, I'll call you back." Another half an hour went by without hearing anything and a few voicemails later, someone finally reached out saying the truck had broken down. The movers finally showed up at 11:00 and it was one man who moved everything (probably would have been quicker/more efficient if two men would have been moving my stuff). Once my stuff was moved I said I'd like to call to chat about the price since there was poor communication and they arrived two hours late. He said he had another job he had to get to and he didn't have time to sit around while I made phone calls (completely understand except the fact that they were two hours late to my appointment.)

  SD Quality Moving made my move so easy and stress free. I called the office and Marina gave me the full run down of cost - no surprises here which was great! I booked on their website and got confirmation right away. Evan and Andrew came right on time, I gave them the full run down on what needed to be moved and where and they got right to it. They were careful and quick! They even help deconstruct and rebuild a bed frame that was too big to get out of my old bedroom and into the new one. I have moved twice before this and this one was the easiest one by far. Thank you Evan, Andrew and Marina - that move was the easiest I have done!
