I had an incredible experience with Seale Keywords as I moved my very old baby grand piano. Steve and the team did an awesome job moving my piano with care, updating a couple broken parts, and helping house my piano when moving plans changed. I got a gifted piano and knew it hadn't been tuned in over 20 years, but it sounded okay. I called Seale about moving and tuning the piano, and the movers were professional and fast. They reduced the quoted amount because it was an easier move than I feared. They recommended a double tuning due to the number of years since it had been tuned, and they came twice and did an excellent job. They were professional, tidy, friendly, and answered questions. I was surprised that it was much more affordable than I was worried I might need to pay. The piano sounds great. I was relieved to learn from Seale that the piano is surprisingly in pretty good shape!
