We were looking for a storage unit because we are remodeling our home and the customer service was excellent. Toni greeted us and welcomed us with a beautiful smile and such a great attitude. She took the time to show us several different storage buildings. You just don’t see that in many people anymore. She was such a sweet girl. She clearly goes above and beyond when doing her job.

Secure Storage is a great company! Great customer service, and have a well up kept facility in Nacogdoches. I just love Allison, she’s very outgoing. She provides you with all information, and go over and beyond for her customers.

Scott and Allison were so helpful. I rented this 20x10' climatized storage in Nacogdoches while I hunted for a house ; what is best about this is that a full tractor Trailer can fit in there easily to unload your household goods; you don't have to pay for a shuttle. This is a clean facility with numbers on each door so you can find it easily. They have special locks for sale right in the office. Scott came early to open up for us and Allison gave me some pointers on places in the city. I am so grateful to them.
