Great Experience. The young lady that assisted me (sorry I forgot her name) was very helpful and proficient. We had great conversation while getting everything set up & handled business great. This location is very clean.

Started out bad. Started the Application to rent a unit online. Got a phone call saying I need to come in and fill out the rest of the form. Get to the building with the Uhaul and no one was there. Gave customer service a call and they said the person left early. Ok. Explained I had a Uhaul and would have to pay extra to keep it another day. They said the next month would be on them. Next month come and no one have any notes on that Conversation. Next complaint 4 days your late they place a lock on your unit. Cool. I understand. You pay your cost plus late fees and it take them forever to free your unit because of my last complaint. THEY’RE NEVER THERE. You go to the office the doors lock during business hours. Every time I have to go and see someone they always closed. I paid my unit and late fees. They have their lock on the unit still. Will they back pay me some of my late fees due to them not being here to free my stuff. I doubt it.
