You are appreciated and we are grateful you are here in Wilmington with us. And yes corporate they deserve a raise in these times as they keep getting you filled up along with Stacey and the others. Was supposed to get a free month for getting my unit online and never got it. Just checked out of my unit today after paying a full month last week and they tell me they don't prorate and I'm just out of luck for the free month and the months rent, that's sorry on their part. Do not recommend this facility!!!

Can someone explain to me if my payment is on auto and comes out every month like clockwork why they would change my lock on my unit and not give me any type of email. Before anyone thinks I didn't double check a million times I did. Thanks I cannot get my things out of storage for Halloween!
