Amazing staff!!! It was raining the day I moved my items into my storage unit, and Bill came to the rescue (without asking) with several extra tarps to cover my belongings and protect them from the rain. Bill and his wife were a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. I would highly recommend Secure Storage to anyone and everyone!

Clean and secure storage facility. My only issue is the automatic billing. I thought it would be easier. BEWARE. I moved my things out and swept the unit and informed the office. The lady in the office wanted me to fill out a piece of paper stating which unit I moved out of and my current address which I did. A couple days later I was looking at my bank account and they are still charging me for the unit. The excuse? The day I moved out was not a working day and they will be glad to refund me in 2 - 3 weeks. I’m sorry, but this is unacceptable. If you make a mistake you should make it right immediately.
