  I have been waiting for 2 months for my couches to be delivered. I get minimal communication from anyone. I received a text from a lady that asked if I was available for delivery on a specific date. I replied and said unfortunately I would not. I didn't get a response, instead the following day I get a call from the delivery driver stating he needed an escort onto base. I work an hour away! Fast forward a month, I get another text saying my delivery was scheduled for today and at what time I was available. I mentioned between the hours of 11am and 1230pm. "Great, I'll let the crew know and they'll call you when they're on their way".... still no call and I don't have the luxury (being military) to just stop what I'm doing to accommodate when drivers show up. The "customer service" is lack. I just want my dang furniture I bought months ago. At least COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS!

  What a great team! Professional, Quick, Careful and with excellent Customer Service! They boxes our house extremely fast and were in and out in what felt like no time. Would definitely recommend!

  Kelly and Amy were amazing! They were very punctual and passionate about helping others move their belongings. Im very pleased with the process start to finish. Id give them 10 stars out of 5! Thank you ladies.
